所有职业移民、亲属移民 给类中,只有EB-3一类的表A排期出现小幅前进一个月;
虽然2月移民局表B大概率会开放申请适用,但没有一个EB-3申请人能忘记2024年10月EB-3出现 的大幅倒退,当时EB-3表A从20年9月1日退回到20年4月1日,表B从21年7月1日倒退回20年11月 15日;
Recently, the U.S. Department of State updated the visa bulletin for various immigration categories for February 2025, resulting in the following:
In February 2025, nearly no green card applicants in the U.S. will be able to submit Form I-485, and applicants waiting for green card interviews abroad are also unlikely to receive interview notifications.
Among all employment-based and family-based immigration categories, only the EB-3 category's Table A saw slight progress, moving forward by one month.
Although the immigration office's Table B is likely to open applications, no EB-3 applicant can forget the significant retrogression that occurred in October 2024, when EB-3 Table A regressed from September 1, 2020, back to April 1, 2020, and Table B moved back from July 1, 2021, to November 15, 2020.
The only advancement in the February 2025 bulletin is that the EB-3 Table A has returned to July 1, 2020, while Table B remains unchanged on November 15, 2020. Both tables are still far from the levels prior to the retrogression and will need time to recover.
There is also some good news: the three Reserved categories under the new EB-5 law still have no priority dates, but the Department of State issued a warning last month that it is highly likely that the three Reserved categories will also receive priority dates within 2025.
